As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes work best for you. Together, we will explore your specific concerns and goals about your health and wellness, and I will guide you with relevant recommendations and gradual changes that fit your life and family.

Each program is completely custom designed. Your program may include any or all of the following:
- regular 45-minute coaching sessions each month
- e-mail support between sessions

- personalized sample weekly snack bags
- personalized custom shopping trip
- referral to other useful resources including articles, books, videos, and other professionals
- coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
- fun-filled How to Shop and How to Snack field trips
